-Frequently changing goals -High turnover (most people only stay a few years at best and most people who started with the company are gone) -High use of offshore on dev teams so you have culture conflict and working hours that aren’t aligned -VERY top heavy at the executive level -Unclear priorities -Values that aren’t practiced -Pay that isn’t competitive with the market 1CEO recently said in short during an all hands meeting “if people leave, even if you have been here for awhile, we don’t care/need you so leave) -Employees are overworked with no reward -Decided to go to crappy insurance when people needed it most during pandemic -Send out random “care packages” with little toys instead of giving raises -whenever members of teams leave they don’t replace but instead pile on work to the people who are still there -if you believe in AGILE, beware and don’t come here. They claim to practice it but the COO doesn’t allow it. We are a waterfall company.
