Pros
Biltmore truly cares about its employees, from the CEO to managers to co-workers and colleagues. They talk about internal hospitality and show it every day! It's a gorgeous place to work and my manager and director care about me both on a personal and professional level, like I've never seen in another company.
Cons
Biltmore does not have paid maternity/paternity leave, which is interesting, considering that over half the workforce is female. Also, technology is lagging, so some departments find their jobs less than easy.
