Yes, our people are definitely great. They all come together to create a culture of respect, trust, and belongingness. We hear you on the remote front. We know it’s been hard to work remotely and have limited opportunities to connect in person. We do a lot of virtual activities to bring people together and run programs like video coffee buddies, Friday happy hours, health and wellness campaigns, and virtual fun team games. Currently, we are doing in-person meetups once every 4 months as most of our team is working in different parts of the country.
