Pros
I never felt more at ease and comfortable at a company as I did with Bindle Systems. Everyone I ever dealt with was incredibly supportive, easy to work with and just an overall positive experience.
When I interviewed with the team, everyone was incredibly welcoming and incredibly warm even when I ended up leaving.
Cons
This is not a unique to Bindle problem, but if things don't work out with an employee or you're not getting what you need realize that morale of your current employees is important. If someone is not delivering what is expected, having them around is detrimental to your employees.
