      Unfortunately, there are none at BioAgilytix.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, constant and frequent harassment from managers (when brought to HR’s attention - they sided with the managers), short turnaround times, poor pay, lack of career advancement.

      Everyone helps each other and when I have questions, I get answers. The company culture is positive, productive and hopeful.

      Compensation is on the low side.

      Pros

      BioAgilytix offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture. Management is approachable, genuinely cares about employees, and creates a positive work environment. The Boston leadership team is exceptional—they are supportive, communicative, and foster teamwork across departments. Everyone is willing to help one another, making it a great place to work and grow professionally.

      The Boston site would benefit from having more on-site HR support to better address employee needs.
