Pros
If you're not Anglo-Saxon, and want to work on a technology team, you will do great at BioBridge!
Cons
Out of date technologies, with no desire to upgrade or modernize. They "manage" risk by avoiding and ignoring it until it breaks. It has been speculated for years that the Executive staff lines their own pockets with kickbacks from vendors, so where most companies choose contracts based on the "lowest bidder", BioBridge *might* choose theirs through private deals. There's no documented evidence, but enough internal discussions "around the watercooler", that it makes one believe "where there's smoke....". Whatever reality is, business deals are not done by what's best for the company, but by "the way we've always done it" and long-standing arrangements with inferior products.
