Pros
Salary can be decent to good depending on position.
Cons
After Covid, this place has become a typical corporate drag -- for example, recently orders were sent from Omnicom (the corp that owns BioPharm) to force everyone to come back into office. At first we were told that we were GUARANTEED 2 months warning to come back, considering many people have new babies, pets, etc. Then, in late October we are told that we must come back at least 1 day per week by mid November. The 2 month notice guarantee was turned into a less than 1 month order. This includes people who were hired on guaranteed a remote position. All of this would be in bad faith, but the worst part is that the President (a wealthy person) continually telling us that this is in OUR best interest, and that we are a FAMILY. The gaslighting (changing WFH policies every month, without any reference to the "guarantee" or "policy" stated the month prior) has caused widespread quitting and for good reason. This company is corporate and soulless to its core. I hear it used to be a place that was a relatively nice place to work. Over the past few months, any values they profess to own has been squashed because they must do everything the faceless Omnicom demands of them. It is disheartening and offensive to be spoken to from HR and the president like a child without object permanence. There is nowhere to air our grievances about these constantly flip-flopping policies. I really warn anyone coming to work here that they are very against WFH and if they promise it to you, don't believe them.
