Cons
Extremely high turnover (more than half the staff within one year), questionable interviewing and hiring process. Numerous employees were let go/forced to quit shortly after hiring as their skill set did not match the tasks. Managers had clear favorites which made relationships between colleagues awkward, in addition to vast differences in salaries for the same work. Company success relies heavily on some clients. Have seen clients leave which resulted in people not having work for weeks (which made them leave if they weren't let go) and management being extremely picky about billable hours. In those times there is a lot of pressure to sign up new clients which is bad for the mood at the office. This is not the place for you if you're looking for a stable job.
