Principal scientists in my team were incapable. They are not even able to calculate decimals properly. They always waste chemicals. Instead of 500ml, they ask employees to prepare 2Litre solution. Every day, they ask us to prepare extra solutions and tell us to discard next day and tells us to start afresh
