The company is very willing to give opportunities to new graduates and people without much prior experience, which is rare. Leadership is supportive and genuinely wants to see employees grow. If you are motivated and willing to learn, you can gain a lot of experience in a short period of time. I’ve seen colleagues get promoted in less than a year because of strong performance. The company is growing quickly and compensation is fair.

Because the company gives opportunities to people with limited experience, not everyone succeeds and some may feel the pace is challenging. It’s also a fast-growing environment, so it’s not the best fit for people who prefer a slower pace or want to coast.

One of the key advantages is that the company supports employees on OPT and is willing to sponsor employment-based permanent residency (green card) applications.

On the downside, the role comes with aggressive KPIs that can be difficult to meet. While the company provides dinner for employees working late, it can sometimes feel like an incentive for extended working hours rather than a true benefit.
