      - Great start up environment - lots of cross collaboration - CEO and founder are both amazing to work with and for, great leadership on their ends

      Cons

      - Start up funding - Politics dictate a majority of decisions, very much a high school feeling at times of who’s in and who’s out - good employees terminated without cause on multiple occasions
