      Nice people, interesting work environment.

      Cons

      Low pay for required degree, demanding schedule, lots of required travel without gas cost reimbursement, inconsistent hours. Experience isn’t easily transferable to other jobs.

      Pros

      Biology background experience, great experience working with children.

      Cons

      Lots of travel with little compensation, camps require a lot of preparation with little breaks, very similar to teacher's position in terms of expectations, ideas are old fashioned.
