Cons
Working at a company with inefficient processes and a lack of feedback was a real ordeal for me. As a product designer, my experience at this company was far from pleasant. First of all, the chaos and disorder in the processes made completing tasks almost impossible. The absence of clear instructions and procedures led to constant confusion and stress. Every morning started with a sense of uncertainty because it was never clear how to do the job properly. This not only decreased productivity but also gave the feeling that all efforts were in vain. The lack of feedback was a major issue. I never knew if I was doing my job correctly, what I was doing well, or what needed improvement. Without regular feedback, it’s impossible to grow and develop as a professional. This was particularly painful because I always strive for improvement and want to know how I can become better. Being ignored was the biggest disappointment for me. As a product designer, I pour my heart into my projects and expect that my ideas and suggestions will at least be heard. But here, my thoughts were simply not taken into account. The feeling that your contributions are not valued kills any desire to work and contribute to the company. The most awful part was being fired without warning or explanation. It was like a bolt from the blue. I was just called into an office and told that I no longer work here. Not a word about what I did wrong, not a single chance to fix anything. This left me with a deep sense of disappointment and injustice. Moreover, there were no opportunities for growth in this company. I felt like just a pair of hands executing tasks without any chance for development or promotion. My ambitions and aspirations went unnoticed and unappreciated. In the end, working at such a company turned out to be extremely disappointing and destructive for my professional and personal development. It was an experience filled with stress, demotivation, and a loss of faith in my abilities. If you value your time, professional skills, and strive for growth, I would not recommend this company as a place to work.
