1) Regional office is pathetic and managing a metro with a single delivery person, resulting in late delivery 2) Hiring a single person with more salary and asking him to do 5 person's job. Competitors are hiring more people with less salary thereby making more coverage, more customer calls and obviously more business 3) No support from HO in case of stock transfer ; timely transfer of stocks to regional office will fetch more billing of orders 4) No values and each one in the company travel in different page without knowing the goal of company or the managing director 5) Top level people rarely visit key customers or listen to sales team regarding improvement area 6) No guidance or induction to new joinees regarding company, reporting, way of work 7) Pathetic culture 8) Poor initial training and no skill Developement program is been arranged after initial 4 days training 9) Head Office people aren't good with English and their way of mailing is totally brutal 10) No criteria regarding promotions or appraisal rating 11) Spending money for company activities and claiming later is worst and you don't get money on time at all
