- Hours can be longish especially when compared to tech companies (which I used to work at) - Due to current growing team size the marketing and tech are in their own office which feels a bit segregated to the rest of the team. Would be great to all be in one office again

No egos, everyone friendly and approachable, even the founders. Great place to launch/learn and/or enhance your career in FX hegding. Supportive management.

Hybrid working not ideal in current work times. Frustration with IT updates, as not asked or informed of these. Sometimes slow response times as not all based under one brand. A lot of admin is duplicated, when entering details.
