I'm sorry for any frustration you may have experienced during your time with us. It's never easy to feel uncertain or unsettled in a work environment.
As a fast growth company, we hold ourselves and our employees to a high standard of performance, as we believe this is essential for driving success in our competitive industry. We also understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to accommodate our employees' personal needs as much as possible. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to refine our policies and procedures.
With respect to decisions about turnover and compensation plans, I want to assure you that these decisions are made thoughtfully and with the long-term success of our company and our team in mind. We also invest a lot in employee growth and development to help new team members succeed. Unfortunately, not every new hire is the right fit for the role or company. In these cases, we believe it's best for both parties to part ways early on, rather than prolonging a situation that may not be mutually beneficial.
While we do encourage our team members to share their honest feedback on platforms like Glassdoor, it is never our intention to pressure or manipulate anyone into leaving positive reviews.
