Changes made daily. Use employees as ginny pigs for tests they have no idea about or what to expect. This impacts our money and livelihood but they could careless. All managers, directors and VPs just do what the C-Suite tells them who have never been in sales a day in their life. When their ideas fail, they blame it on us and change direction the following week just to put another failed idea in place. Everyone is quitting or looking for a new job. Some of my teammates have other jobs and are just waiting to be fired. They continue being here and getting paid so seems no one really cares. This place is a joke from top down.Everyone running around having no clue what to do or what they are doing its scary.
