      People are ok Management is the issue

      Who do you report too is unclear I was hired and told to report to one manager and only to find out two months later I was to report to a different manager. No training documentation, I had to create eight of them to understand my own position.

      Pros

      Management is good and helpful when they are needed. They do not get mad unless you keep on messing up the same things otherwise they are happy and nice to work with.

      Cons

      the warehouse has some issues with productivity and getting the proper parts to the welding side with proper dimensions.
