      Pros

      Good Location/ Close to public transit and downtown.

      Cons

      A comprehensive training schedule was never carried out. VP was very impatient with new employees. Extremely long hours and overtime is expected every single day. Very stressful. Other employees seemed miserable. People go to work put their head down and no interaction with each other. Zero warmth here.

      Great team Corporate environment with lots of room for growth Never have to deal with clients face to face - phone only Have direct guidance from upper level management and colleagues

      Pros

      Overall a good company to work for. Good benifits, fair compensation and decent quality of life benefits like vacation, personal time, stock option etc..

      Cons

      The commission structure was always being changed. A very nepotistic environment, if you underperformed and were in the right crowd you were untouchable regardless. Unable to be competitive with product pricing was a frequent issue.
