      There is opportunity to learn a lot. Employees are forward looking and are passionate about expanding the business so there is possibility of career advancement.

      Cons

      Not a lot of interaction between different teams, this means that there are some discrepancies in your knowledge about how the company operates.

      Pros

      salary and benes were good. work space was easy going and the hours were reasonable. cafeteria on site plust teh four building campus was very nice. company picnics and such.

      Cons

      many new changes during 2010 and 2011. lots of mass layoffs. impersonal. mgt change caused culture to erode. good people left and other good people were forced out. was not the same good place any more
