Pros
BitLoft is a workplace where the value you offer is what matters the most. If an employee has a valuable idea and the passion to pursue it, that person is encouraged to chase it and make it happen. Because of this, I feel that my creative contributions matter in ways that I've never experienced before. BitLoft is a still a small startup, so the culture is intimate -- it's easy to get to know everyone, and this is definitely a crew of talented, creative people. I'm cross-functional, so I've worked directly with nearly every teammate, and I know that every single person is reliable and hard-working.
Cons
Fast growth comes with growing pains, of course. Everyone is still working on communications and clarity, and sometimes new initiatives need additional guidance/planning to support the growth. Office space is currently tight, but I know additional space is in the works.
