The people on the non-leadership level are respectful, hard-working, and open to helping each other.
Cons
Horrible micromanagement, poorly run department with managers who didn't support you or even know what they were doing - they were immature and acted extremely childish and unprofessional. Find work elsewhere - your freedom, growth, and mental health will benefit by doing so.
