Pros
Bitcentral is small and therefore very nimble. The VP level executives are incredible leaders with the ability to take the small amount of resources given and do amazing things for the industry with them.
Cons
Lack of focus, limited resources with misappropriation of said resources. The people of Bitcentral are incredible and dedicated to excellence, however, many are left to work harder as opposed to smarter and that is very frustrating to watch.
