Pros
I originally intended to only work here for 6 months and ended up staying for 2 years! I only left due to an opportunity to move abroad for an extended period of time. The job culture and work-life balance here are unmatched. It's an extremely positive and supportive place to work, Keith and Joe feel more like your family than your bosses and see, respect, and value you first and foremost as a person before an employee. Everything is an open dialogue and they are continuously working to improve the office and work experience for everyone - both members and employees. Above all they are loyal to their employees; I started working here full time but when I got accepted into university they worked with my schedule to keep me on board and continued to work with it each semester when it would change. If ever I had any kind of emergency or "life happens" moment, I could count on them to be understanding and accommodating. i/e: you get back what you give here; if you work hard and respect them-they will work hard for, and respect you too. BizHaus is a smaller co-working community than most others and because of this, you can form great, valuable friendships with the members (For example; two of our members wrote me great letters of rec for admission into my university and I stand by that being a huge reason I got accepted). It's also very possible that you can find your next employment opportunity here as the membership is so eclectic. Long story short, if you get the opportunity to work here, take it! You will be joining the absolute best small team of colleagues, awesome bosses, and a really special community.
Cons
No matter how much you drive it home; people will still leave the kitchen sink disastrous
