Turnover rate is extremely high. In some teams turnover rate is even 100% within a year. In China engineering team it is even 200% in a year. What’s funny is the management never feels this is a problem. They always blame those who left company as “strawberry generation”.
Stupid culture and working structure. Like, the company gathers all the “engineers” and trains them how much is duty rate and what are incoterms and how to let sales know we have new customer. When the company finally decides to start an engineer training program in 2018, the trainers are, the most ridiculous part, new hired engineers! New hired engineers will teach the company technical knowledge! So prospective!
Don’t be surprised when you notice the bonus is way lower than you heard from interview. The company save bonus from employees just like they hide profit from customer, or like they post fake 5- star reviews on Glassdoor. They love money way more than employees.
I don’t know, young people are always questioned, whatever you do. If you are in production line, you will be questioned why you are not at the desk? If you are at desk, you will be questioned why you are not helping in production line? They can always find something to question you, that is Bizlink’s value. I don’t know, but someone can spend 1 hour walking around office asking people to join the “pork group purchase program” and never be questioned.
The last thing is really crazy working hour. Some teams often have meeting in midnight with China. But if you come in office late the next day, again, you will be questioned. Management won’t regard any work you’ve done from Home as overtime. Only the time spent in office is counted, this is the way Bizlink comment your efforts.
