      Pros

      Good business model as long as businesses are actually selling their products for the same price as using their BizX Dollars.

      Cons

      Pay is WAY below industry average in the area The turnover is very, very high and that is mostly due to the CEO who tries to micro manage every part of the business to the point he doesn't trust anyone to do the job they were hired to do. He is very passionate about his company, but that doesn't give him the right to yell and belittle his employees on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Fun you get to go to games , events around the city, free food lol

      Cons

      CEO has his favourites and it’s not hard to see he also has his hands in everything makes it hard for him to trust his employees I think it’s his biggest downfall
