5yHi there. Thank you for your feedback. Happy to hear things are going well for you. As for only getting paid for no shows, yes that’s true. You don’t actually need to teach and you still get paid half. So sure it would be nice to get paid the full rate for not teaching but I don’t think it’s unfair to get half. Some schools don’t pay anything for no shows. And the ones that do are the ones where trainers have a fixed schedule and a fixed pay. And it’s usually something horrific like 10,000php/month for a 40-hour a week. schedule. At Bizmates, if you actually taught 40 hours a week, you could earn 3 times that. Hope this makes sense.
