Pros
- Flexible working hours, you can choose when to open - Clear KPIs - Great materials, trainer support, and knowledge base - Professionalism, helpful co-trainers and support staff - Diligent students - You get paid for the amount of work you put in - the more you teach, the more you get paid (unlike corporate jobs that even if you work more or fewer hours than your colleagues, you get paid the same even if with OT pay).
Cons
Not really CONs, but tips for those who would like to join: - Bookings are not guaranteed, there will be days when you will not be booked. Don’t lose hope because there are also days when you can’t breathe because of the high number of students. - It takes time, patience, hard work, and consistency to get regular students. - It’s not for everybody. Professionalism and maturity are required.
