BiznusSoft primarily serves the U.S. market but also supports global customers, which creates a diverse, collaborative, and welcoming team environment. The culture is genuinely friendly — people are easy to work with, supportive, and willing to collaborate to solve meaningful problems.
From a product standpoint, BiznusSoft is building both a full HRIS platform on Salesforce as well as a Field Service solution on Salesforce, which makes the work especially interesting. I enjoy working with prospective customers and showing them our mobile application — people are often genuinely surprised by how easy the app is to use and how engaging it is for employees. It’s rewarding to see customers react to technology that actually feels modern and intuitive.
The work itself is engaging and challenging. We solve complex, real-world customer problems across industries and geographies, often working closely with partners on advanced use cases. One example is building a custom integration with LCPtracker to support certified payroll — something customers actively ask for and very few software companies are able to deliver seamlessly. I get visibility into complex corporate challenges, meet people from all over the world, learn about their HR and field service needs, and help design solutions that truly meet those needs, all on the Salesforce platform, which provides strong security, flexibility, and scalability.
The workplace culture is a big highlight. We have weekly lunch-and-learn sessions, attend conferences and events together, and genuinely enjoy spending time as a team. We attended Dreamforce and exhibited in 2025, where we were awarded the Magic Moment among all sponsors — a proud moment for the team and a reflection of the creativity and energy we bring to our work.
Leadership is a major strength. Moiz is a highly experienced, multi-time entrepreneur with a background that includes Big 4 software experience. He’s creative, logical, and executive-level in his communication, but also genuinely fun to work with. He thinks outside the box and brings a sense of workplace fun into everything he does — including creative initiatives like an HR video featuring his cats to showcase the software. He treats teammates with respect, communicates clearly, and operates with strong values. Integrity and honesty are non-negotiable.

I work remotely and wish I teleport to the Chicago HQ to see my team more often haha! No seriously, BiznusSoft does a great job supporting and engaging a distributed remote workforce.
