Incomplete training process, expected to hit KPIs immediately after the "half" training, you are given a book of clients that are already pissed and then blamed for them being pissed before you have even had a chance to meet or assist them.

Pros

You will continue to learn and grow within this company. They are always figuring out ways to push their team and find A players. They look for people who want to win and people with that mindset can do very well. If you have a hunter mindset and you are hungry to win this is a great place to grow. They want to continue to build their current team and get the best in the industry to help grow their current staff.

Cons

If you aren't ready for a start up energy and you want consistency month over month it might not be for you. This company is always growing and changing and it can be hard to keep up for some people.

Pros

The culture is pretty good and work is fun.

Cons

As the company grew, the culture shifted from encouraging employees to brainstorm and innovate to pushing them to work as much as possible without burning out—or leaving. From there, it turned into maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates so leadership could drive current employees to the breaking point and simply replace them once they did.
