      great colleagues and team i guess a bit above average salary but not the highest

      Cons

      -no real vision on what to achieve -terminate people almost every day. -will cut the incentive once they seemed a lot of workers actually benefits from them. -no feedback being accepted by team leaders. -spineless team leaders that only there to listen to the bosses and not their subordinates.

      Cons

      All team are useless. Even stones got it purpose. HR that are slow to action. Team Lead that are constantly changing SOP. Management always decided to terminate staff blindly. Expected to be working long hours. Go home ontime = you are not working enough. For those who wanted work life balance. Here we only have work and not life balance. Avoid it please.
