Pros
This is a pyramid scheme that takes advantage of young college grads with job titles such as account executive, human resource manager, marketing specialist, etc. These sketchy "businesses" go by many names, Black Card Management is also Ethos consulting in Denver, CO. I flew from Indiana out of my own pocket as a recent college grad desperate for my first "big girl" job for an interview at this company which was titled "communication specialist"; perfect for me, given I had just finished my BS in Communication Studies. I ended up being pitched a pyramid scheme to be an account executive working solely on a low percentage commission to sell people in Sams Club and Costco T-Mobile phone plans. Luckily I was able to see through what was going on, and the obviously questionable ethical and moral practices present and never came back for the second round of interviews. Do not make the same mistakes I did when I was fresh out of college four years ago, desperate for any employer to notice me, research, read glassdoor reviews, if they call you back after applying immediately or reach out to you claiming they found your resume on a career site, it's probably a devil corp; they are desperate for anyone that they can recruit so that they can profit off your hard work for little to no money, and climb the next rung of the pyramid.
