I have been working part-time at the cafe on Market Street along with my Masters for the past 10 months and it has been a breeze thanks to the amazing and wonderful people there. Right from the training modules to help us understand every aspect of the job to my colleagues who make it a point to keep the energy and positivity at the workspace high, has ensured I had a good time working here.
Elle, head barista has taught us amazing latte arts and is one of my favourite people to do closes with. She makes everything easy.
David, the manager, not only keeps up the energy level high of the cafe, he leads us through super busy days with precision and calm, which is essential to serve the customers right and fast. He has always been supportive of my course and always accommodates anything we need. And one of the most approachable and dedicated managers I have ever worked with. And his criticisms, very rare, are always conveyed with extreme kindness which I deeply appreciate in a manager.
