      Pros

      Autonomy, no one micro manages, the product at its core is very cool.

      Cons

      They are trying to be a SAAS company but don't really have a SAAS product, all project based/services clients that will never scale. Industry doesn't seem ready for an always on data feed that they are trying to sell. Management seems clueless to this. They smile to your face then stab you in the back.

      Executives that lead by example, have built an amazing culture second to none, opportunity for personal and career growth, ability to make a difference

      Cons

      None really but if I had to call one out, perhaps it could be we will be experiencing growing pains in the years to come.

      - Benefits are great: Unlimited PTO, 401k, etc. - Nice company culture: really smart people, diverse as we have 4 offices worldwide - Amazing clients

      - Transparency from leadership - Timezone differences depending on where you're based
