Pros
Flexible hours, I could fit my work around my studies. I was fortunate with my particular manager to be able to pick up and drop shifts easily once I had made put myself forward to learn as much as possible.
Cons
Minimum wage, but plenty of hours available for the right staff. Little money spent on the areas staff might suggest - e.g. right equipment to make our jobs more efficient. Little route for progression.
