There are some good, tenured people there - none of them are in leadership positions which says a lot about the place.
Cons
Save for one, practically mute, gentleman, the leadership team is incredibly manipulative, often unprofessional, and overall incompetent. It is abundantly clear that leadership doesn’t care about staff or their quality of life which is frequently exhibited any time compensation is discussed. Free beer, disingenuous compliments and awkward parties at the “president’s” house aren’t going to help pay your bills. Blakely is an absurd soap opera starring a clique desperately clinging to a version of Blakely that doesn’t exist anymore.
