My manager has pushed me to grow both professionally and personally. The main reason I took this job was because I saw potential in the company and in the role. It's all about what you make of it, your mindset and what you make use of your time. If you're here to grow, work hard. and take your job seriously then its the right place for you. The door is open to talk to any of the execs at any time. It makes such a difference in being able to have access for one on one conversation and feedback on your experience here.
