      Pros

      You get to visit overseas if you are a pet to the leads. It's all based on politics and if you are good at selling your soul to the leadership then you will prosper.

      Cons

      I noticed lot of fake reviews mentioning the leadership is good and forward thinking that's all fake, seems like they were paid or told to post such nonsense. One of the great managers and hardworking folks were fired, check track record of last few years well performing people were either fired or they left the company. If UK leadership reads this then it's in your hands to bring a change.

      Pros

      The quality of the people you get to work with and the overall fun and dynamic culture means you get to accelerate your career and create and deliver meaningful projects at any stage of it.

      Cons

      Its not for the faint-hearted. Building start ups is hard. There is uncertainty and lots of change constantly. However we provide a ton of training to build resilience and enjoy the often hectic journey! Join if you love your work and want to accelerate your career and enjoy doing hard things.
