      Pros

      Wellness and home office benefits Great Pay in the UK Remote work and the flexibility that comes with it

      Cons

      Company says it will do one thing and does another. Vapid strategy talk. Does not listen to what employees have to say. Senior leadership does not take accountability for their own wrong decisions. The way people are let go is borderline inhumane. People whove been with thr company ages are let go out of the blue and without the opportunity to say farewell properly

      Colleagues were kind and helpful Learned a lot about on-page SEO and other SEO tools Discovered a lot of awesome product/services in my niche Developed a deep and abiding passion for my niche as a result of working there

      Cons

      A lot of work for relatively low pay Should be considered a side-hustle, as it won’t pay enough to give you a full-time freelance income
