My team and tribe in particular was very close and supportive to each other. The colleagues and team leada were great and boasting a healthy working environment.
Cons
Complicated birocracy. Unclear direction for the future from management. Though the benefits is ok, the daily tasks itself is usually over your paycheck bc theres no overtime pay.
