Pros
I've begun losing faith in startups especially after regularly experiencing and hearing about toxic work environments. I was really curious when I joined Blind how a company that claims to tackle workplace issues would handle their internal problems. From encouraging submission of anonymous questions to the CEO to being able to discuss anything during 1:1s, this is the first company I've been at where transparency is encouraged and actually welcomed all the time. The level of impact we have on giving people a voice is also extremely gratifying. Being in the shoes of many users who fear retaliation in the workplace, it's very rewarding getting the opportunity to spread the awareness of such a valuable tool. Really great perks including flexible work hours, meals and transportation expenses reimbursed!
