Pros
I have had the pleasure of spending the last year at Block 64. Within that year, I have learned more about collaboration, technology and teamwork than ever before. We have a dynamic and inspiring culture at Block 64 and one that requires hard work. The Senior Management team is proactively investing in all areas of the business and creating career development opportunities for existing and new employees alike. The work/life balance is fantastic, which provides me the ability to be more creative and thoughtful in my approach to execute each day. This is a great place to be.
Cons
It is a very fast paced environment. I personally thrive in this space. That said, we as a team are encouraged to put our hand up when we see fit, to ensure that pace does not outweigh quality or sacrifice our work/life balance. Not a lot of cons from my 12 months of experience.
