      Pros

      Amazing office environment - dynamic, highly resourced, great people, amazing FREE cafeteria, great company culture overall.

      Cons

      My department (Caviar food delivery) seemed out of focus with the larger company's overall goals. This led to a quelling of creative relationship building with customers and potential customers and forced a focus on "numbers above all else." This was not true when I started with the company, but was once we went public.
