      Pros

      The company is really supportive toward its employees. Additionally, employee training programs are built up by professionals which makes the process of work really smoothing

      Cons

      During the process of work the employee has to follow the trainings and work procedures. At the beginning it may be demanding for new employees. However, later on we realize how our company cares about us.
