      Work life balance is unmatched, pay is good, and the flexibility to set your schedule and work from home is great.

      Cons

      Things are constantly changing within the company and re-orgs happen so often that it can be distracting to the work that needs to get done.

      Great work environment. Lovely company. Doesn't feel evil

      Cons

      A lot of older technology and obsolete frameworks. Having to develop with ember made me feel like my relevant skills were atrophying.
