That’s why we’re committed to regularly reviewing and improving these areas to better support our team. Over the past few years, we’ve made some meaningful updates—like increasing our 401(k) match and adding two new health insurance plans to give our team more options. That said, we know there’s always room to do better, and feedback like yours is a big part of helping us figure out where we can improve.
Lastly and most significantly, it's my deep hope that you took the time to share about the leadership power dynamics in your exit interview. As we expand and add new leaders in response to our growth, we're deeply committed to creating a culture where every member of our team feels safe, seen, and set up for success.
