Huge focus on work-life balance (social events for employees). 401(k) match is impressive, great healthcare, disability, PTO and holiday policies.

There can be an expectation to resolve problems without thorough direction. The absence of micromanagement is actually more of a pro. It just requires full attention to all surrounding situations and putting in hard work to keep things running smoothly.

Work/Life balance, generous PTO, friendly and laid back atmosphere, no micro-managing, flexible schedules are ok, fun job and environment

The pay and health insurance policy are both terrible, but if you enjoy a good work/life balance, it can make up for that.
