Pros
The company team building activities and the Starbucks coffee in the break room. Most of your fellow employees are friendly and personable, otherwise there is nothing worth mentioning.
Cons
Under-appreciated sweat shop labor, with a prison-like/military backdrop. The work in the component department is very mundane and tiring. That would be fine if that was all, but the lack of proper compensation and unecessary drama combine to make a very stressful environment. Overall, not a good place to work. Especially not for less than $14/hr.
