Senior leadership is always providing opportunities for employees to go above and beyond their current responsibilities. Allowing employees to gain experiences that far exceed their job title.

Not necessarily a con, but Bloom Burton is entirely focused on the life sciences sector. Roughly 60% of the investment banking team has PhDs in various scientific fields. If you are not interested in immersing yourself in the life sciences industry and just looking for a general investment banking job, this might not be the best fit for you.
