The focus from management is performance oriented and hard work never goes unnoticed. I started as a contractor a little over a year ago and was brought in as a full time employee with benefits ~3mo back.

Chchchchchanges! Not really a con but this is a fast paced and ever growing workplace. It's not unusual to walk in one day and find a certain process has been retooled or that things in the office have been rearranged.
